Which size should I choose?
Choose by body weight with the chart in the Size guide tab, from S (40–50 kg) to XXXL (90–100 kg). On the line between two sizes? Pick the larger one for comfort, or the smaller one for a firmer hold.
How do I get a secure fit?
Choose the right size first and centre the silicone ring on your kneecap. Then close the top strap and the bottom strap until the hold feels right. You can readjust them in seconds.
Will it slip down when I move?
Silicone grip strips on the inside help keep it in place, and you can tighten the top and bottom straps for a more secure hold.
Can I wear it all day?
Yes. The knit is breathable, so you can wear it at work or at home. Take it off from time to time to let your skin breathe, and remove it if you notice numbness, tingling or discomfort.
Can I use it for sport?
Yes. It's designed to move with you, from running and football to padel and the gym.
Can it treat a knee injury or condition?
No. The KneeArc is a support and compression sleeve, not a medical device. If you have an injury, ongoing pain or swelling, speak to your GP or a physiotherapist before using any knee support.
How long does delivery take?
Every UK order ships free with tracking and usually arrives in 5–8 working days. You'll get your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I buy it as a gift?

What is your returns policy?
